Please allow 1-2 business days for order handling time & payment verification. Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation will be sent to your e-mail. You can track your order in the ‘My Account’ section on the website. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or customs charges associated with the shipment. If the shipping address was input incorrectly or you’d like to amend the information, please contact email@example.com immediately. Changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped. Customers will be responsible for extra fees incurred if delivery was made to an incorrect address.
In the event you wish to return a product you must
- Contact customer service within 7 days to request a return
- Return shipment must be received within 30 days of the delivered date
- Customer is responsible for return shipping fee and/or additional costs incurred from shipment
- Item must be sent back in new condition, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags attached
- A refund will be issued within 2-3 days of our warehouse receiving the package. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Hoodies are currently made to order so please allow an additional three days before they will be shipped.
